We have been successfully deploying and managing large volume security services for over 10 years. Guardcorp employs a large workforce of permanent, part-time and casual licensed security guards.

Security guards can be dressed in either full security uniform or in plain clothes. All security guards carry radios and phones in the event of requiring back- up by any of the emergency services. All Security guards on duty are supported by our 24-hour control room which responds to any emergency or security breach.

All security guards employed by Guardcorp are fully qualified and licensed as per the Security Industry Act 1998. All of our security guards must also hold a current First Aid
Certificate.

Concierge Services
Concierge services are used to control and monitor physical access to your property. Front-line securities for residential and commercial premises require specialists in customer service and problem-solving.
The Guardcorp concierge team provides energy and enthusiasm to their role, making exemplary service happen time and time again. The concierge is the public face of Guardcorp Security and your organisation, and is responsible for monitoring of traffic in and out of buildings, recording guest arrivals and departures, ensuring high-level personal and work-area presentation, and dealing with other security matters.

Special Events Guards

Guardcorp Security Guards have been instrumental in ensuring some of Australia’s largest corporate and sporting events run smoothly – from National Rugby League matches with the St George Illawarra Dragons to large scale corporate functions. Drawing on our guarding resources and strong project management, our highly experienced and customer-focused event officers can protect hundreds of thousands of spectators, visitors, competitors and VIP’s, balancing the needs of individuals, groups, event promoters and organisers.
